Healing Roots is a congress about Indigenous knowledge and traditions. Authorities of different indigenous community around the world will be invited to take part to the conferences as active testimonies of different cultural and social models.

The idea to organize this conference come from the urgent necessity to bring this different cultural and social models together to start a confrontation on topics like food sovereignty, cultural independence, alternative medicine and heath care systems to find a more healthy and sustainable style of live. The congress will be also an opportunity to develop an on going UN project that aim at obtain the recognition of the status of „Indigenous of Europe“ from the European Union.

During this 8 days will take place conferences, workshops and traditional healing ceremonies. Food, adequate spaces and facilities will be provided to host the participants.
